UNetbootin for Windows Download is a program that allows you to create live bootable USB drives. To download, choose an ISO file or distribution, then choose a target drive (USB drive or hard disk) and reboot. Reformat your USB drive to FAT32 if it does not appear.


If you used the "USB Drive" installation mode: After rebooting, boot from the USB drive. On PCs, this usually involves pressing a button, such as Esc or F12, as soon as you turn on your computer, and on the Mac, you must hold down the Options key before starting the MacOS.


If you used the "Hard Disk" installation mode: After rebooting, select Unit Boot Access from the Windows boot menu. Run and UNetbootin Download , then select the "Disk Image" option and provide it with an ISO (CD image).

  • After you finish the installation process, format your USB GParted as FAT32.

  • Now open the installed UNetbootin application.

  • After that, bring it to the USB partition to install. But you should not install ISO here.

  • Then switch to GParted while the unetbootin is open.

  • As a final step, format GParted as USB NTFS.


Using Unetbootin to create a live Linux USB

UNetbootin is a live USB creation tool that can be used to create a live Linux USB flash drive from ISO. There are custom installation options for Linux distributions that do not support most Linux distributions. It is important to note that the Live Linux USB Flash Drive created with this tool does not use an enduring component. As an alternative, the USB Linux installation runs on a CD. You will not be able to save and restore your changes by default.


How to make a live Linux USB flash drive with Unetbootin Windows

  • Download UNetBootin for Windows.

  • Download your favorite Linux ISO.

  • Double-click Unetbootin Executable to start the program.

  • (1) Click the Diskimage Radio box to select your ISO 

(2) Browse 

(3) Set up your target USB drive 

(4) Click OK to begin creation
